All orders accepted by Popcorn by 12pm ( The time now in the UK is 20:01:03 ) for products in stock will be dispatched the same day on which they are ordered, subject to your credit card being authorised and barring system failure. Should items be held in a location other than our mail-order warehouse we reserve the right to hold your order pending their transfer, should these delays be expected to take longer than 24 hours you will be contacted by email. Due to changes in our courier's policy, City Link will now attempt to leave undelivered orders with a neighbour. If customers do not wish for this to be done, they need to state this in the Special Instructions section when ordering.
STANDARD DELIVERY - £3.95 per order
Standard Delivery sees your order delivered by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Mail. This service, although not guaranteed, typically takes between 1 and 3 working days (depending on your location in the UK) from dispatch date. According to customer feedback 95% of our standard delivery dispatches arrive the very next working day. A signature must be obtained from a resident of the address on the parcel. Should no-one be available to sign for the parcel it will be taken back to a Royal Mail Local Delivery office and a card left detailing how to arrange re-delivery or collection of the parcel.
Parcels weighing too much to be effectively carried by Royal Mail will be sent on a City Link 24hr Delivery Service, meaning large items will reach their destination within 1 working day. This service also requires a signature upon delivery, and only operates on weekdays.
Should the parcel not be delivered or collected within 7 working days it will be redirected back to sender (us). In these instances an additional delivery charge will be levied in order to re-ship your order. Any returns costs incurred due to parcels being returned to us by City Link for failure to collect or an incorrect address will be met by the customer. If you are unable to collect the parcel within the time stated for any reason, please inform us so we can arrange alternative methods of delivery.
EXPRESS DELIVERY - £5.95 per order:
For a surcharge of £5.95 in-stock items can be expressed to any UK mainland address. This will allow any orders placed before 12pm UK time to be delivered next day via Royal Mail's Special Delivery service (or in the case of larger items delivered before 5pm by City Link). Our shopping cart will show you the current time in the UK as you proceed through the order process. Either via Special Delivery or by Parcelforce these parcels must be signed for by a resident of the address stated on the parcel - should delivery not be possible a card will be left and the parcel taken back to the local delivery office of the courier used.
Please Note: Although on occasion delivery attempts do occur on Saturdays, this is not guaranteed. Parcels dispatched on Friday are not guaranteed to arrive until Monday.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
Popcorn welcomes all international orders. To check availability please email support@popcornlive.co.uk. For any orders off mainland UK which are over 1.2 kg, there will be a surcharge of £6.00.
Due to the quantity of International interest, we have now introduced standard tariffs for our friends in Europe.
Zone 1 is priced at £9.95. This includes Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Denmark and Switzerland. This is a 2-3 day service. This is capped at 10kg, thereafter an additional surcharge per kilogram will be emailed to the customer for acceptance.
Zone 2 is priced at £15.95. This includes Czech Republic, Italy, Slovakia, Spain, Finland, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Jersey, Guernsey, Channel Islands and Eire. This is a 3-4 day service. This is capped at 10kg, thereafter an additional surcharge per kilogram will be emailed to the customer for acceptance.
Any orders outside of these zones will be emailed their surcharge for acceptance.
Due to the current risk of credit card fraud no deliveries are currently being accepted to Indonesia, Morocco and Nigeria.
